The invention relates to a device enabling a technico-medical assembly to be composed and supplied on site, in a short time period, meeting the needs expressed by the recognition of the conflicts and catastrophes, depending on their scale and on their situation. It consists of a base container having two zones, a technical zone B, providing the operation of the medical portion, and the other, a medical zone A. These zones are separate and separable and they meet the requirements of a real medico-surgical facility. The medical zone has an extendable useful area for responding to problems appropriate to medical treatment in conflicts, catastrophes and population concentrations. The container can be transported by sea, rail, road, aeroplane or helicopter. It can be moved by a device which belongs to it, permitting an installation or a change of position and arrangement without having recourse to a transport vehicle or to a specific lifting means. <IMAGE>
