PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a copying miss by returning forcedly copying magnification or display to a specific magnification when prescribed operation is applied to a copying machine after copying in an automatic magnification selecting mode. CONSTITUTION:If any one key is depressed under the state that the 1st magnification setting mode switching key groups 85-88 are operated, a numeral inputted by ten keys 0-9 and displayed on a display device 52 is stored in memories corresponding to the keys as the magnification of copying. Since the magnification of copying is previously set up in the memory corresponding to the key, the 2nd magnification setting key groups 90-93 are considered so that the copying operation can be executed on the basis of the preset value without setting up the value like the 1st key groups. If the copying operation in another mode is to be executed after completing the copying by the automatic magnification selecting mode, a specific copying magnification and its display are selected immediately and forcedly, so that inconvenience starting the copying operation under unknown magnification is removed. |
