PURPOSE:To realize automation by adding a process for making a mutual interval constant by pressing an outer lead, into a manufacturing process of a crystal resonator, and simplifying the subsequent fitting work to a wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A lead 2 consists of an outer lead 6 and an inner lead 5, and the tip part of the lead 6 is inserted through a pair of holes 1a, 1a pierced on a base 1, and sealed with glass. Also, the plate-like inner lead 5 for holding a crystal piece 3 thereafter is welded to the part projecting upward from the base 1. Subsequently, it is held on a jig 20, and the pressing is executed by molds 21- 23, by which an interval of the leads 6, 6 are put in order so as to be constant, therefore, the subsequent work for attaching the leads 6, 6 to terminal inserting holes 25a, 25a of a wiring board 25 is simplified, and the automation can be executed. |
