PURPOSE:To achieve a manufacturing method of phosphor screen where the production process is simple and the productionability is high while phosphors are not mixed nor great volume of water is required nor cause polution, by forming black stripes through off-set printing then forming phosphor stripes through gravure off-set printing. CONSTITUTION:Black stripes are printed through an automatic off-set calibration machine onto a glass plate then dried to form black stripes having width of about 70mum and the thickness of 2-5mum. Then phosphor ink 6 in a recess of a gravure 5 is transferred onto a rubber blanket 7 in a print calibration machine and set at the predetermined position on a matter to be printed formed with black stripes. Thereafter, it is transferred to form phosphor stripes which are dried and hardened sufficiently. Said process is repeated for phosphor R, G, B to complete a print anode board. |
