PURPOSE:To obtain a titled working device easy to automate perfectly that can perform all processes continuously by one device by constituting the device of a unit that stops received long material and makes cutting and piercing, and an assembling unit that fixes up required parts to the worked material. CONSTITUTION:Fed 10 long-sized materials W are taken to a shifting section 20 one by related action of a stopper 13 and a vacuum attracting piece 22. During the while, the material W on a roller 21 is thrusted against a feeding roller 28 by ascent and rotation of descending backup roller 29 and fed in the longitudinal direction. Then, feeding of the material W is stopped, and at the same time, the roller 28 is stopped. After releasing feeding by return rotation of the roller 29, the tip is cut off 41 and required piercing 42 is performed. The rollers 28 and 29 are operated again and the material W is fed until it runs against a stoppe 51, and required work is made by a cutting section. Then, only the material of fixed size is carried laterally, and after assembling necessary parts 2 by screwing, the completed products of fixed size are carried out to a carrying out conveyor 70. |
