PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection of a retainer due to thermal expansion by allowing a pinion held onto a retainer to be engaged with a toothed sheet installed at the back of a needle roller race and installing a gap adjusting screw at the back of the toothed sheet. CONSTITUTION:A toothed sheet 18 having a rack 19 formed on the surface is incorporated into the square grooves 14 and 15 formed on the side walls 12 and 13 of a slider 10, and needle roller races 20 and 21 are fixed onto the surface. A pressing plate 22 and a gap adjusting screw 23 are installed onto the back surface of the toothed sheet 18. Also a toothed sheet 28 is inserted into the square grooves 26 and 27 formed on a base 25, and needle roller races 29 and 30 are fixed onto the surface. A pinion 35 rotatably supported at the near center of a retainer 33 through a pin 36 is engaged with the racks 19 and 31 of the both toothed sheets 18 and 28. |
