发明名称 FREQUENCY CONTROLLABLE OSCILLATING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the actuation at a low level of voltage and to decrease the number of terminals by using two cascaded reverse amplifiers, a capacitor for integration, a capcitor for feedback, a resonator and a gain control means respectively. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd reverse amplifiers 21 and 22 are cascaded to each other, and a capacitor C1 for integration is connected between the input and the output of the amplifier 21. At the same time, a capacitor C2 for feedback is connected between the output part of the amplifier 22 and the input part of the amplifier 21. A resonator X is connected to the entire input part. The gains of amplifiers 21 and 22 are reversely controlled by a gain control part 21. With such an oscillating circuit, the actuation is possible down to a low level of power supply voltage less than 1V. In addition, the capacity can be reduced for both capacitors C1 and C2. Thus this circuit can be incorporated into an IC. In this case, just a single terminal 12 suffices. It is possible to use a combined circuit of inductances and capacitors in place of a resonator 13.
