PURPOSE:To obtain an easily takable food rich in effective nutrients, by preparing formed spheres containing specific amounts of monosaccharides, disaccharides, proteins, oils or fats, alginic acid salts, etc., and dispersing the spheres in a liquid food. CONSTITUTION:A solid composition containing 10pts. of monosaccharides and/or disaccharides, 10-100pts. of proteins, 5-50pts. of oils or fats, 0.1-1pt. of vitamins, and 1-5pts. of minerals is prepared beforehand. an aqueous solution or suspension of alginic acid and/or alginic acid salt, etc. containing 10-40% of the solid composition is added dropwise to an aqueous solution capable of insolubilizing alginic acid to obtain spherical formed product. The objective food can be prepared by dispersing the spheres in a liquid food. |
