Hospital furniture with safety belt

A safety belt having a belt winder and a belt lock is fastened to the hospital furniture, especially a hospital stretcher. The belt lock belongs to the system known from motor vehicle safety belts. Provided between the belt lock and the belt winder is a movement-transmission member which transmits the movements of the lock tongue or of a part positively connected to the latter during insertion into the lock to the blocking mechanism of the belt winder.
