The container for deep-frozen products, in particular foods, has an inner container (1) and an outer container (3). The inner container (1) is provided on its outside with rib-type or web-type projections (2), by means of which the speed of freezing and defrosting is increased. For storage after freezing and, in particular, for transportation outside chest freezers, the inner container (1) is stowed in the outer container (3) which is removed again when the deep-frozen product is to be defrosted. <IMAGE>
