PURPOSE:To offer the smoke discharging device suited for the domestic use by a method wherein a fats and oils ingradient is separated with a baffle plate provided in a box body, the box body containing said ingradient is made to be removable from a device main body and made to be cleanable. CONSTITUTION:A part of a fats and oils ingradient adhered on the inner wall surface of a box body 15 drops and stays in an oil reservoir 16. In case that the fats and oil ingradient is accumulated on the inner wall surface, the box body 15 is extracted and cleaned. The box body 15 can be extracted downward by disengaging a slide lever 21 from a slit 22 after pulling the slide lever 21 toward the user. As the box body 15 is provided with an air inducing opening 20, openings on the left and right wall surfaces together with an opening on the upper surface; a brush can be reached easily to the inside, accordingly, the inside of the box body can be cleaned easily with the detergent and brush. |
