PURPOSE:To improve a temperature sensor in its temperature followability for the improvement of temperature adjusting function of the titled device, by arranging the temperature sensor in combination with a plurality of doughnut-like heating sections. CONSTITUTION:A contact type temperature sensor 11 is pressed by a spring 12 into a central through bore in an inner heating section 5 which is in turn placed in a central through bore of outer heating section 6. These heating sections are thus arranged concentrically each other. Heating sections 5 and 6 can be made ready for cooking by the actuation of power switch 10, a change switch 7 and an ON-OFF switch 8. When the change switch 7 is turned OFF for heating and cooking a foodstuff merely through the outer heating section 6 in adjusting a heating temperature, the temperature sensor 11 is placed in position remote from the outer heating section 6 which has become hot with a cold inner heating section 5 disposed therebetween and therefore it is less subject to the thermal effect of outer heating section 6. In consequence, the temperature sensor can provide an extremely superior temperature followability with respect to a foodstuff to be cooked. |
