PURPOSE:To enable suction of a specified amt. of a collected blood up into a blood sedimentation bar with a simple operation by providing a plug body and blood sedimentation bar of the prescribed construction which are depressed in tight contact with the inside wall of a tubular body for contg. the collected blood to said tubular body. CONSTITUTION:A rubber plug 2 having the outside diameter to be tightly fitted to the inside wall of a Spitztube 1 for contg. a collected blood therein has a conical part 3 at the top end side and is formed with a contracted part 4 on the circumferential side surface. The operator inserts the plug 2 into the tube 1 and passes the injection needle 9 of an injector 8 in which a blood is collected into the hole 5 of the plug 2 for insertion of a blood sedimentation bar and a through -hole 7, then the operator pushes the piston 10 of the injector 8 to inject a proper amt. of the collected blood 11 into the Spitztube 1. The operator 8 removes the injector 8, inserts the top end of a blood sedimentation bar 6 into the hole 5 and depresses slowly the plug 2 as it is to the bottom of the Spitztube by the bar 6. When the top end of the plug 2 is submerged into the blood 11, the blood rises up to the height necessary for measuring the blood sedimentation of the bar 6. |
