PURPOSE:To prevent rust from gathering after scraping finish, by making ball or almost nearly ball-form stainless powder collide with products of metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, etc., in case of scraping operation for removing burrs, scales and the like. CONSTITUTION:Metal goods, plastics, glass ceramics or wooden ware as works to be processed are all charged into a scraping chamber where wearproof rubber or the like is fully lined inside, and ball stainless powder in minute particle form of a grain diameter of 10-800mum is jetted as abrasives by a compressed air type injection device, a centrifugal injection device of a wet injection device by pressure liquid. These stainless powder abrasives collide with these works whereby removal of burrs and scales, peening frosting or patterning, etc., take place according to working purposes. Thus, working properties are improved, while even if part of the collided stainless powder is left behind on the surface, no rust is gathered at all. |
