A polyester resin composition which consists mainly of an aliphatic polyester resin, a polycaprolactone, and polymers obtained by cross-linking these polymers with, e.g., irradiation, and combines satisfactory mechanical properties with processability and biodegradability; and a laminate. Applications thereof include a disposable glove, stake, plant-protecting material, packaging tape, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, magnetic card, agricultural film, closed-cell cushioning sheet, coated fertilizer, coated agricultural chemical, and microcapsules for carbonless copy paper.
