<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for other addressing such as the Y direction or the Z direction against the X direction, and to execute easily addressing of a memory by using a two-dimensional array memory, and also leading in the second address in addition to a single address. CONSTITUTION:A memory array is constituted by arranging two-dimensionally memory chips M00-M77, and the line direction and the row direction of each chip M00-M77 are divided into groups, respectively, so that plural words can be written and read out. An address register AR, decoders DC of 4 to 16, an address converting circuit EX, and a multiplexer MPX are provided on this memory. Also, MODE and S0-S2 are made address system control signals, and CSY0-CSY7 and CSX0-CSX7 are made chip select signals of Y and X direction groups. In this way, a time required for other addressing such as the y direction against the X direction is shortened, and addressing of the memory is executed easily.</p> |
