PURPOSE:To obtain continuously the titled helical body efficiently, by feeding a linear element in a semi-melted state onto the outer circumference of a core that can rotate a part wound on the outer circumference and move the part axially, and pressing the element by a rotating roller at a position where the semi-melted element solidifies. CONSTITUTION:A linear element 2a in a semi-melted state is extruded from a die 5 of a feeding apparatus 4 onto the outer circumference of a core 3 that can move axially a part wound on the outer circumference with the part being rotated, then the linear element 2a is pressed at a position where the element 2a has solidified against the core 3 by a rotating roller 6 whose circumferential speed is the same as the circumferential speed of the linear element 2a or more high speed, and the element is cut by a cutter 7 located downstream of the roller 6 to obtain the desired helical body 1 of a synthetic resin. |
