PURPOSE:To provide the titled accepting sheet improved in density, sharpness and storage stability, constituted by providing a receiving layer comprising a mixture consisting of a heat softenable and meltable resin showing dyeability to the sublimable and vaporizable dye of a transfer sheet and an org. filler. CONSTITUTION:A heat softenable and meltable resin showing dyeability to a sublimable and vaporizable dye (e.g., pref., a resin with a softening point of 60- 120 deg.C such as an aminoalkyd resin, polyamide, polyurethane or PVC) and an org. filler (e.g., pref., one being a fine particle with a particle size of 10mum or less of a high-molecular polymer such as methyl cellulose, PS, polyurethane or polyvinyl acetate) are contained pref. in a wt. ratio of 1/9-9/1 to prepare a receiving layer coating liquid which is then applied onto a sheet such as a paper or plastic sheet as a substrate and dried to obtain an objective accepting sheet. Said sheet is used in combination with a transfer sheet having a sublimable and vaporizable dye-containing transfer layer. |
