PURPOSE:To prepare a pastry for rice cracker containing seasonings, by spreading a seasoned pastry in the form of a sheet, pressing the pastry into a base pastry of the cracker spread in the form of a sheet, and punching the product to a definite form. CONSTITUTION:The seasoned pastry (a) is spread in the form of a sheet with the spreading roll 13, fed to the outer circumference of the mold roll 1, and pressed with the press roll 4 into the mold formed on the outer circumference of the rotating mold roll 1. Separately, the pastry of cracker (b) formed by the first spreading roll 5 is stacked on the seasoned pastry sheet (a), transferred, and pressed with the pressing roll group 7 to embed the released seasoned pastry (a) into the base pastry (b) of the cracker. The obtained material (c) is transferred from the mold roll 1 to the transfer conveyor 9, laminated with the base pastry (d) supplied from the second spreading roll 10, and punched with the punching roll 11 to a definite form.
