PURPOSE:To fully remove land, burr, etc. and improve dielectric strength characteristics by expanding and molding a pre-formed small hole using high pressure and high speed jet water stream and forming the hole into an electron beam passing hole. CONSTITUTION:A small hole 15 is formed at the preset position where the electron beam passing hole of an acceleration electrode 14 with a normal means, such as punching. A nozzle 16 is installed at the front of this spare small hole 15 and high pressure jet water stream 19 is supplied from a high pressure and high speed jet water stream generation unit 17 through a water supply pipe 18. An electron beam passing hole 12 with preset diameter is formed by cutting and expanding the inner wall surface of the spare small hole 15 using the high energy of jet water steam. As a result, since cutting is performed mainly including abrasion, there is no possibility of land, burr, etc. being left behind on the inner wall surface of the electron beam passing hole 12 and a good result has an effect on dielectric strength characteristics. |
