发明名称 INSULATION TREATMENT OF SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNET BOBBIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating layer which can sufficiently withstand high temperature heat-treatment and improve the reliability of superconductive magnet by a method wherein the insulation layer on the surface of a magnet bobbin which is subjected to the heat-treatment after the coil winding is formed by spraying molten alumina or silica. CONSTITUTION:Atomized air 2 of a rod-shape ceramic, smelted by an oxygen- acetylene flame, is sprayed and adhered directly on the surface of a bobbin 3 by a publicly known spray-gun 1. Because the ceramic is in the high temperature and smelted condition at the time of adhesion, it is diffused into the surface layer of the bobbin so that the insulating layer is adhered to the bobbin firmly and the number of blow-holes produced by the recrystallization of the ceramic fine particles is very small. Therefore, the compression and tensile strength of the ceramic insulating layer itself is improved so that the insulating layer which can withstand sufficiently the heat-treatment for mutual diffusion of a filament of a compound conductor wire is obtained. Sintered material of Al2O3 or SiO2 is used as a rod-shape ceramic for melt-spraying.
