PURPOSE:To obtain a deganssing coil which has advantages with regard to manufacture by dividing the head part of a tube extruder into two at the center part and clamping a deganssing coil between both divided head parts in one body, and feeding a coil while extruding resin and coating the coil with the resin. CONSTITUTION:The tube extruder 11 consists of a mandrel part 12, die part 13, and resin injection inlet 14; the mandrel part 12 and die part 13 clamps a conductor for the deganssing coil while divided into two at the center part, and the coil 10 is rotated and fed as shown by an arrow and coated with the resin 15 in a tubular shape while the resin is extruded with the divided cross heads in one body. Thus, the coil is coated with the resin and consequently the manufacture ability is determined by the speed of the resin extrusion, so that the degaussing coil is manufactured with extremely high efficiency. |
