PURPOSE:To increase the moisture resistance and to improve the overall durability of a light reflecting film by irradiating laser to the fringe part of a laminated matter obtained by forming a light reflecting film to a substrate and melting said fringe part. CONSTITUTION:A metal such as aluminum, etc. is vapor deposited on the entire surface of a substrate 13 containing a hole 12 and at the side where pitches 11 are formed by a vacuum deposition, ion plating or sputtering process to obtain a light reflecting film 14. A plastics such as polyvinyl chloride is coated on the surface of the film 14 to obtain a protecting film 15. Such films 15 of a laminated matter 16 are put on each other with an adhesive. A laser is irradiated to a fringe part 17 to melt the substrate 13, the film 14 and the part 17 of the film 15 respectively. Thus the grains of aluminum, etc. are mixed into the molten plastics. As a result, the moisture in an atmosphere attached to the part 17 goes easily into the film 14 to protect the film 14 from corrosion. |
