<p>According to the present invention there is provided a process for preparing a detergent tablet suitable for use in either automatic dishwashing or fabric laundering methods wherein the process comprises the step of obtaining partially prehydrated particulate hydratable salt wherein at least 60 % of the hydratable salt has a particle size of 0.6 mm or greater and between 25 % and 70 % of the salt is present in the hydrated form.</p> |
