<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cooking system which enables continuous production of crepe dough. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic cooking system includes: an intermittent rotation-driving mechanism 10 intermittently driving the rotation of an arm (A) holding a pan 1 to be rotatable; a pan-attitude exchange mechanism 20 inverting the pan 1 in conjunction with the intermittent rotation drive by the intermittent rotation-driving mechanism 10 and also putting back the inverted pan to the former attitude; a pan attitude-maintaining mechanism 30 maintaining the pan 1 to take the normal attitude or the inverted attitude in conjunction with the intermittent rotation drive by the intermittent rotation-driving mechanism 10; a pan lid opening/closing mechanism 40 opening/closing the lid of the pan in conjunction with the intermittent rotation drive by the intermittent rotation-driving mechanism 10; a pan-preheating mechanism 50 preheating the pan 1; and a pan-heating mechanism 60 heating the pan to cook. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
