PURPOSE:To provide an injection molding machine which enables the molding of a multilayer molded body with an even thickness of a skin by making an injection head of the first injector in a double structure of outer and inner nozzles so as to introduce the second resin material to a die with the inner nozzle on an irregular surface after the first injection. CONSTITUTION:A skin material injected from a second injector 12 is introduced to a second resin path 24 through a connection member 14 and a check valve 22 and then, to a clearance formed between the outer nozzle 30 and the inner nozzle 32. But as a spiral ridge line 48 is formed on the outer surface of the inner nozzle 32, a plasticizing resin is introduced along the ridge line and turned around the inner nozzle 32. The skin material proceding is introduced into a spool of a mold through a nozzle hole 52 of the outer nozzle 30. Thus, the flow of the skin material injected from the nozzle hole 52 of the outer nozzle 30 is uniformized to enable an even distribution of the skin material into the cavity of the mold. |
