PURPOSE:To realize a system managing centralizingly and controlling automatically various installations and equipments such as a lighting fixture, an air conditioner, and a suction and exhaust fan or the like of a building by a central processing section. CONSTITUTION:The suction fan 1 and an exhaust fan 2 are connected to a low voltage power line of AC 200V via power control panels 11, 21 in a high frequency carrier type central supervising system. Plural fluorescent lights 3 are connected to a low voltage lighting line of AC 100V via distribution panels 31, 31 and slave panels 32, 32. Then, a slave device B is equipped in the power control panels 11, 21 and the slave panels 32, 32 and connected to a central supervising panel A being a master device. Further, a signal line C comprising a 2-cored cable is provided, an individual call is attained by the designation of an address code from the central supervising panel A, a response signal is fed back to the central supervising panel A and processed by a microcomputer in the constitution. |
