The purpose of the present invention is to effectively and stably provide a composite electronic component having an excellent acoustic noise reducing effect, low equivalent series resistance (ESR)/equivalent series inductance (ESL), improved DC-bias properties, and a thin chip thickness. The present invention relates to the composite electronic component and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite electronic component comprises: a tantalum capacitor; a multi-layered ceramic capacitor; a molding unit; a positive electrode lead frame; and a negative electrode lead frame. The positive electrode lead frame includes a positive electrode engraved unit which is not in contact with a first outer electrode of the multi-layered ceramic capacitor, and the negative electrode lead frame includes a negative electrode engraved unit which is not in contact with a second outer electrode of the multi-layered ceramic capacitor.
