PURPOSE:To improve the connection factor for patterns on a printed board by correcting automatically the defective pattern data contained in the pattern data which is automatically recognized. CONSTITUTION:The defective pattern data contained in the pattern data produced manually are sorted as follows. That is, a linear pattern having an end point is corrected (1), and a segment having an end point is connected with another segment having an end point on the extended line of the first segment (2). In the case of (1), it is normal to give connection to a symbol O or a branching point. Then a segment shown by an arrow in the figure (a) is regarded as a defective pattern and deleted. While in the case of (2), it is considered that a segment is missing between both segments and a correction is carried out to connect both segments as shown in the figure (b). |
