PURPOSE:To make differential pressure settable to each of blowoff and blowdown pressures, by installing a fixed capacity tank in the downstream of a safety valve being installed in a hydraulic circuit having an accumulator via a check valve, while interconnecting this tank to the outside air through a throttle hole. CONSTITUTION:A direct-acting type hydraulic safety valve 3 installed in a hydraulic circuit having a gas-sealed accumulator opens against a spring 4 when oil 2 comes to high in its pressure. Oil in a valve chest 3a rises in pressure with the presence of a check valve 7 and a size relationship in d2>d1 of the valve 3 and is discharged to the inside of a fixed capacity tank 6 corresponding to capacity of the gas sealed in the accumulator via the chaek valve. When hydraulic pressure inside the tank 6 rises up to that inside the valve chest 3a, the valve 3 is closed. When the valve 3 is closed, oil inside the tank is discharged to the outside air bt degrees through a throttle hole 5 and gets its preparations to do the next action.
