PURPOSE:To decrease flicker noise (noise due to leakage current flowing to the surface of an IC pellet) by bypassing a base-collector potential by means of plural diodes so that the base-collector potential of transistors (TRs) of a differential pair is made identical. CONSTITUTION:NPN TRs 7, 8 are inserted respectively to the collector of differential pair TRs 1, 2, diodes D1, D2 are arranged in series between a common base of the TRs and a common emitter of the TRs 1, 2 and an anode of the diode D1 is connected to a power terminal 1 via a resistor R6. As a result, a collector-base voltage VCB of the TRs 1, 2 is decreased to nearly zero V thereby decreasing flicker noise. For example, the potential of the emitter of the TRs 1, 2 is -0.7V, and the potential of the anode of the diode D1 is 0.7V when VCC=15V and -VCC=-15V, then each base and each collector of the TRs 1, 2 are both at zero V and an equal potential.
