PURPOSE:To omit the input operation of variable power data and to make handling easy by forming a variable power measuring means unitedly with a layout position data generating means. CONSTITUTION:A layout board 9 is set up on a tablet 8. A ruled line K specifying a trimming range of an original and the outline F of a pattern are drawn in the board 9. When the picture of the original 2 charged on an original holder 16 is projected on the surface of the board 9 and stored in the ruled line K, calculation of variable power data alpha is made available. A distance between a projection lens 15 and the layout board 9 and a distance between the projection lens 15 and the original holder 16 are measured by a linear encoder 5, the variable power data are generated by calculating the ratio of these measured values and automatically inputted to a control device 6, a cursor 10 is moved and then the positional data of the ruled line K are inputted to the control device 6. If a specific point corresponding to the original is specified by an expanding mirror 3, the original 2 is automatically trimmed and the image data are directly written in a memory 11. |
