PURPOSE:To detect quickly the damage, crack, etc. on the surface of an object to be detected by converting the image of said object to a digital signal at every prescribed time by a condenser lens and an image sensor, recording said signal and displaying the result of comparing the contents of the two records. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an object 1 to be detected is photographed with a condenser lens 2 and an image sensor 3 at the intervals conforming to the time schedule put preliminarily in a computer 6, by which the digital signal for the image is obtd. Said signal is recorded on a magnetic disc 4. The contents of the two records placed apart from the prescribed time obtd. in the above- mentioned way are read with a magnetic head and are inputted through an inputting circuit 5 to the computer 6, by which the contents are compared. The result of the comparison is led through an output circuit 8 to a display device 9. The result of the comparison is conducted to a tester or the like, by which the operation of the object 1 itself such as the tester can be interrupted. It is also possible to record the content of the record on the disc 4 inputted to the computer 6 by a memory 7 and to compare the fresh information from the disc 4 and the content of the recording in the memory 7 by the computer 6. |
