PURPOSE:To prevent a diffusion to a soluble alloy of an electrode metallic particle at a low cost by using a fuse soluble alloy as a metal to be plated in advance to a surface to be welded of an electrode, when executing a titled welding. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a soluble alloy (b) is plated to a surface to be welded of a copper foil electrode A. This plating is executed by rubbing the alloy (b) against the electrode A by a soldering iron. Or it is also possible to plate the alloy (b) to the whole surface of the electrode by means of dipping to a heating melted alloy bath of the electrode, electric plating, etc. Subsequently, the plated electrode A and a sheet-like soluble alloy B are placed between electrode tips (e), (e) of a welding transformer W, a large current is electrified, and the alloy B is welded to the electrode A by a resistance heating. In this case, a copper particle is diffused to the plated layer (b) from the electrode A, but by forming the layer (b) in >= about 1mu, the diffusion to the alloy B of the copper particle can be prevented sufficiently. |
