PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring performance for practical use as a domestic meter by forming all flow paths connected to a control nozzle of a fluidic flow meter, by ''Teflon'' or fluorinated graphite. CONSTITUTION:A titled flow meter is formed by connecting a duct reduced part 2, a jet nozzle 3 and a duct expanded part 5 in said order in the flow direction. On the boundary part of this jet nozzle 3 and the duct expanded part 5, a pair of cntrol nozzles 6a, 6b are formed in the direction falling at almost right angles to the jet directionof the jet nozzle 3, and also so as to be opposed to each other. In such a fluidic flow meter, the duct reduced part 2, the jet nozzle 3, the duct expanded part 5, both the control nozzles 6a, 6b and all flow paths 7a, 7b connected to both those control nozzles 6a, 6b are formed by ''Teflon'' or fluorinated graphite. |
