<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of a coating film, by a method wherein a coating film comprising plastisol of a vinyl chloride resin is formed to the desired part of the surface of a product base material and the coarse particle of the vinyl chloride resin is adhered on the formed coating film. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a product base material such as a knitted material or a bag article, the coating film comprising plastisol or organosol of a vinyl chloride resin is formed by an immersion method or a coating method. Subsequently, the coarse particle of the vinyl chloride resin or a mixture of said coarse particle and a coarse particle of other resin, synthetic rubber or natural rubber is closely adhered to the desired part by a fluid immersion method. In the next process, a high temp. gas is acted on the treated surface to carry out surface gelation. After the treated coated base material is immersed in a plasticizer or dilute sol, gelation is caused by heating again at a usual gelation temp. of 200-250 deg.C.</p> |
