PURPOSE:To improve the workability of manufacturing a rotor of a coreless motor by previously securing a plurality of flat coils through a flat plate, and then resin molding the coil and the flat plate except the connecting part of the coil, thereby facilitating the handlement of the coil. CONSTITUTION:Three flat coils 2 which construct a rotor are disposed substantially at an equal angle, an annular flat plate 4 is arranged at the center of the coils 2, and the plate 4 and the coils 2 are secured with an adhesive. The coupling parts 2a of the respective coils 2 are led out from the center hole 4a of the plate 4. Then, the coil 2 and the plate 4 are integrally molded with resin except the coupling parts 2a of the coils 2, thereby manufacturing a rotor. |
