In the process, organic material is dried in an eddy bed (1), using heat produced by a heat pump (6). Heat from the process is fed to a heat exchanger (5) forming part of the pump circuit which also has a heating coil (7) in the eddy bed. - Before drying, the material can be stored in a silo (9) cooled by a coil (10) forming the cold side of the heat pump circuit. On the output side of the eddy pump is a cyclone (4) which separates solid material from exhaust gases.(2) |
