PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy in weighing plural kinds of sands and to weigh and charge quickly the sands by feeding out successively the different sands from respective hoppers to respective shear plates and charging successively the sands into a metering box. CONSTITUTION:An open/shut member 24 for feeding out is pulled up by a cylinder 28 to open a facing sand hopper 21 and a shear plate 25 is moved leftward by a cylinder 54 to feed out the facing sand in the hopper 21 onto the plate 25 and thereafter the member 24 is shut by the cylinder 28. A facing sand louver gate is then opened by a cylinder 27 to charge the fed-out facing sand into a lower metering box 51. The facing sand louver gate is closed by the cylinder 27 and a open/shut member 44 for feeding out is opened by a cylinder 48 and a shear plate 45 is moved rightward by a cylinder 54 to feed out the backing sand in a backing sand hopper 41 onto a shear plate 45. The backing sand is thereafter charged in the same way into the box 51. |
