PURPOSE:To raise the productivity of tire as well as simplify the structure of a tire encloser by using a system in which an operation to properly press the bead portion of a tire body onto the face of mold is made according to the widthwise distance of the bead portion of the tire, but not related to the closing action of the molds. CONSTITUTION:A top force 2 is connected with a bottom force 1 in an openly and closely movable manner. Upper and lower bead plates 3 and 4 are provided with an annular holding frame 5. A large number of actuaters 6 are rotatably set in the radial direction each holding frame 5, and a covering plate 7 in contact with the inner surface of the bead B of tire A is set through a support lever 8 on the tip end of the actuaters 6 movably toward the axial direction and also pushed to the separating direction through a press spring 9. An actuating member 11 to turn each actuater 6 forwards against the spring 10 is made up of several support levers 12 to vertically projected at one time in a reciprocally movable manner through an oil-pressure cylinder 13 and a patch ring 14. |
