PURPOSE:To remove the backlash of a gear and to prevent a servo operation from delaying by detecting the rotor position and other servo signal from a reduction large gear. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of AC motors 10A, 10B in which pinions 18A, 18B are respectively mounted on output shafts 16A, 16B, a large gear 20 engaging in mesh with the pinions, and a rotary sensor 24 for outputting a servo signal (b) and an inverter signal (a) by detecting the rotation of the large gear are provided. A servo circuit 34 which is feed-back controlled by the output signals (a), (b) of the sensor 24 and a plurality of inverters 36A, 36B are provided, at least one inverter generates a reverse torque to at least one AC motor, thereby removing the backlash between the large gear and the pinions. |
