1. Repeater sport rifle with cocking mechanism disposed in front of the charger (9) and at the front end of the mobile breech (13) to be controlled in front by a transmission device housed within the stock (4) and leading to a trigger mechanism (31), said stick forming the butt and being established along a reduced length corresponding to the length of the barrel tube (1) and of the breech box (2) thereof, while the coocking mechanism includes a breech (13) accomodating inwardly a mobile firing pin (15) which is guided lengthwise and returned by a spring (16), and forms forwardly a longitudinal clearance for the pivotal housing of a sear (19) with spring (20) for co-operating in abutment by the end thereof with an internal shoulder of the breech and the end of the cocking stroke of said firing pin (15), said sport rifle being characterized in that the sear (19) os presented in front of a cocking finger (21) housed within the thickness of the breech and disposed, when the breech is closed and cocked, within the centre line of a lifting lever (22) passed through the breech box (2) and stressed vertically by the trigger mechanism. |
