In a pressure atomiser nozzle (1) for heating installations, a shutoff valve (21) which can be automatically changed over is inserted in one of the flow channels (13) formed in the nozzle body (2), and consists of a closure body (22) which is displaceable into two end positions and a diaphragm-like fly spring (24), which can be respectively changed over depending on the pressure of the supplied oil prevailing in the flow channel (13). It is ensured by this embodiment that after the burner has been turned off, no oil, or an extremely small amount of oil, drips from the nozzle opening (10), and that even when the pressure rises in the pressure atomiser nozzle (1) due to heating, the nozzle remains closed, and that no oil can be sucked in when a volume reduction is brought about by cooling. <IMAGE>
