PURPOSE:To improve the performance of the compressor by a method wherein an oil returning hole is provided so as not to be communicated with the low pressure side of the compressor and reduction of the amount of gas sucked into the compressor is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A crest I is located immediately before the oil returning hole 8 and a closed tooth groove space is formed by the addendums I , II and the inner wall 4 of a cylinder. According to this structure, the oil returning hole 8 will never be opened to the low pressure side of the compressor. Accordingly, the oil returning hole 8 will never be communicated directly with a gas suction chamber 3, refrigerant being resolved into lubricating oil will never be gasified in the low pressure side and the amount of gas sucked into the compressor will never be reduced. |
