PURPOSE:To provide a vinyl copolymer emulsion coating agent having good water dilution stability, by blending a specified high-molecular active agent. CONSTITUTION:0.3-20wt% (based on the quantity of solid in emulsion) nonionic high-molecular active agent of the formula (wherein R is 8-12C alkyl; n is 10- 40) such as Nonion-NS210 (a product of Nippon Yushi K.K.) is blended with a vinyl copolymer emulsion, pref. an acrylic acid/styrene copolymer emulsion.
