PURPOSE:To simplify a soldering work in the stage of joining successively >=3 pieces of parts by using silver solder by plating Ni on joint surfaces except the case in which the respective joint surfaces except the joint surface to be joined finally then joining the parts. CONSTITUTION:Silver solder is sandwiched between the joint surfaces of the two parts having an Ni plating layer, and when the parts are heated to a required temp., the silver solder melts and Ni penetrates the molten silver solder so that the liquidus line in the silver solder part after joining is higher than the liquidus line prior to joining. Then even if the parts are brazed at the same temp. by using the same kind of the silver solder as the silver solder used in the previous stage in the brazing operation of the succeeding stage, the silver solder part does not thoroughly melt and therefore the parts joined in the previous stage are free from dislocation and positional deviation. The Ni is plated on at least the respective joint surfaces except the joint surfaces to be finally joined and the surfaces to be finally joined may not be plated thereon with the Ni. |
