PURPOSE:To reduce sliding resistance and sufficiently satisfy oil seal function, function, by supporting a dual annular member having an annular scraper in an accommodating chamber in such a manner as to be movable in a radial direction, but restricted to move in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:An annular member 23 is provided with an annular scraper 23a extending toward a slide bearing 22, and is accommodated in an accommodating chamber 29 in such a manner as to be restricted to move in an axial direction. Displacement of the annular member in a radial direction is permitted and a small spacing 30 releases pressure load in the axial direction. With this arrangement, the annular member 23 is automatically aligned in a floating manner at all times relative to pusher shaft 4, thereby acting to scrape an oil film.
