<p>The process for stimulating cell multiplication by the action of peptides or polypeptides consists in encapsulating or incorporating the peptide(s) or polypeptide(s), such as protein hydrolysates, for example an elastin hydrolysate or a collagen hydrolysate or a mixture of these, in a hydrated lipid lamellar phase such as, for example, liposomes, and in bringing this phase into contact with the cells to be treated. Thus, according to this process, it is possible to decrease the concentration of biological extracts in the various cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions or complementary compositions for cell culture without decreasing their activity with respect to the cells. The present invention is applied, in particular, in the fields of cell culture and of skin treatment.</p> |
