PURPOSE:To prevent a pin from moving due to expansion pressure of rubber, by pinching a protrusion of the pin by housig the same in a groove through fixing metal fittings divided into two. CONSTITUTION:Movement of a male pin 11 in the direction of extension of its length due to expansion pressure of rubber 12 through heating and pressing of two-division metallic dies 13, 13 at the time of molding operation of the rubber is prevented from occurring as the tip of a protrusion of the pin 11 out of the rubber 12 is abutted against the bottom of a hole formed by confrontation of respective grooves 14 of fixing metal fittings 17 and as for the fixing metal fittings 17 projection 15 is fitted in the two-division metallic dies 13, 13 and connected with the same for fixing. Movement of the pin 11 in the direction of contraction of its length is prevented from occurring as the protrusion of the pin 11 out of rubber 12 is pinched for fixing by the fixing metal fittings 17 connected with the two-split metallic dies 13, 13 by tightening the fixing metallic fittings 17 with a bolt 16. |
