Diode bridge changeover switch, in particular for fast sample and hold circuits. An electronic changeover switch with two opposite-pole diode bridges is provided with a special driver stage for use in fast signal sampling. The driver stage has two complementary current pulse cells which serve to reduce the differential diode forward resistance of the switch at the time of activation. The current-controllability of the switch is thus considerably increased and its switching times reduced.
